Stars from Liverpool’s Swinging Sixties will come together for the first time in 40 years to recreate a night at the Cavern.
Gerry and The Pacemakers, Chip Hawkes and The Complete Beatles will play live at DG One on Sunday.
Back To The Cavern features all the hits of the 60s and 70s and brings back famous singles and timeless albums tracks.
This show will create the ultimate feel-good factor as they transport the audience back to the great nights they shared together in their heyday at the Cavern.
Gerry and The Pacemakers were the first band to have three consecutive No 1s in the UK charts: How Do You Do It, I Like It and one of the greatest pop songs ever, You’ll Never Walk Alone.
They went on to have numerous more hits through the 60s and none more successful than the absolute classic, Ferry ‘Cross The Mersey, which has been No 1 in two different decades. They have toured America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany and Denmark in the last six months and have return bookings in these countries for next year, such is their constant success.
Chip Hawkes, formerly lead singer of the Tremeloes with such hits as Here Comes My Baby, Silence is Golden and Even the Bad Times are Good is still in great demand as an accomplished artiste and is constantly touring with his fabulous show.
