I must insist that I couldn’t see things as I do today, as a enterprising mom, without my wigs.
Let me tell you how this came to be. Five years ago before my high school graduation, I came down with an ailment that unfortunately cursed me with women’s hair loss. It surprised me in my soul. Even so, with other things on the brain, the unfortunate circumstances of my appearance were a secondary “big deal.” After all, I had young toddlers growing up in addition to demanding law firm at my beck and call. I did not realize that with wellness and career issues at stake, wigs could solve my insignificant problems.
I drank a latte and jumped into motion and made an office visit with an MD friend of mine regarding covering my bald head. I was crossing my fingers a fix other than wigs, honestly. As my doctor advised that quality, human hair lace front wigs could fully address my problem, even then I remained wary! Only recently I’m a fervent adherent to the power of wigs, and offer advice to women with hair loss. The most important thing women might remember, is simple: eventually, most people won’t think you’re wearing a wig.
